Governor Lamont and Senate GOP Release Transportation Plans

On Thursday, November 7th, Governor Lamont released a scaled-back transportation plan which included fewer toll locations. The plan, CT2030, calls for transforming the state’s transportation system, using a combination of financing mechanisms, including low-interest federal loans, tolls and state bonding.
